Our Sunday School meets prior to worship, beginning at 9 a.m. We have classes from pre-school through sixth grade. Each year in December we have our Sunday School Christmas Program during regular Sunday worship. In addition, our commitment to life-long Christian education includes an adult study class that meets during the Sunday School hour.
YOUTH PROGRAMMING
Each month our youth come together. We have Middle School Movie Night at Pastor Bob’s home the second Saturday of each month, and High School Movie Night at Pastor Bob’s the third Saturday of each month. We also plan youth activities together, including Road Trip’s with other churches in Beaver Dam, concerts and Movie Night Out. We participate in the camping program at Crossways Bible Camps as part of our confirmation program. We also attend Youth Encounter events in our area. There are many activities for youth at St. John’s. We are committed to full participation of our youth in the life of the Church. To support this, we have a program to knight our youth during worship as a part of our youth program. In order to be knighted, a young person must be regular in worship, participate in service activities, and regularly attend our monthly movie nights. Through knighting, St. John youth demonstrate their commitment to the Church and its mission, and their commitment to each other.
